IGBO 2008 Atlanta host committtee is looking for businesss, fellow tournaments, and others to advertise in our IGBO 2008 souvenir program book. IGBO 2008 SOUVENIR PROGRAM BOOK AD SPONSORS
Each IGBO bowler is presented with an official IGBO 2008 Tournament Souvenir Program Book in their registration bag. The IGBO 2008 Souvenir Program Book is being prepared electronically for printing. It's important to us that our book make you, our sponsors, proud to have supported the IGBO tournament, bowlers, and the program book publication itself. We estimate over 700 Program books will be distributed. Therefore, we ask that you provide us the best possible camera-ready ad, or high quality reproductions of logos, photographs and artwork for your ad. 300 dpi photographs and artwork are strongly preferred. However, in no case should resolution be less than 150 dpi. If providing us your own ad in electronic format for Windows platform, please consider QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop formats. If your ad is complete, Adobe Acrobat PDF format (in 300 DPI resolution or High Print output) is perfectly acceptable as well. Microsoft Word documents will also be acceptable, but please make sure to include all graphics as separate attachments. If you require an ad to be composed by our artist, you must notify us in advance with specifications of how and what you want the ad to look like.
You must submit all ad copy and artwork no later than April 1, 2008, for it to print in the Program book distributed at our tournament Memorial Day weekend. Full payment must be received before we include your ad or accept artwork.
